We strongly advise all clients to read the policy thoroughly prior to booking to ensure a complete understanding of the terms relating to the individual booking, particularly the long notice periods required for more intensive hourly bookings or those that entail coordination between more than one luxury vehicle. Your compliance with the required notice periods is not punitive but is a standard operational policy that enables us to sustain the professional grade required, strict punctuality, and reliability on the schedule upon which our clients rely to execute their important corporate, executive, and leisure travel plans. Cancellation Policy
Minimum Notice Requirements:
- One-Way Transfers (Inside Twin Cities Metro): Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before the scheduled pick-up time.
- One-Way Transfers (Outside Twin Cities Metro): Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before the chauffeur leaves the garage.
- Retail & Leisure Hourly Bookings: Cancel 14 days or more in advance to avoid any charges.
Minimum Notice Requirement (25% Charge):
- For retail and leisure hourly bookings cancelled within 14 days but more than 48 hours before the scheduled pick-up
- 25% of the total estimated fare will be charged.
All Cancellations Falling Outside of the Minimum Notice Requirements:
- One-Way Transfers (Inside Twin Cities Metro): Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before the scheduled pick-up time.
