+ Cancellation Policy

Up to 2 hours prior to pick-up.
No cancellation fee / Free of charge.
If a client’s cancellation request is submitted more than 2 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time, there will be no cancellation fee.

Less than 2 hours prior to pick-up.
The cancellation fee is 50% of the scheduled service.
If a client’s cancellation request is submitted less than 2 hours prior to the scheduled pick up time, the cancellation fee will be 50% of the posted rate for the scheduled transfer including all applicable fees and charges.

+ No Show

A reservation is considered a “no show” when the client fails to contact On Time Limo service by phone 10 minutes after the scheduled pickup time. In the event of a “no show”, On Time Limo Service reserves the right to charge the full amount of the scheduled service including all applicable fees and charges.

+ Wait time / Stop time

For all point to point reservations, wait time will be charged at $10.00 per 10 minute increments once the grace period has elapsed. Grace period is defined as ten (10) minutes beyond the scheduled pickup time or as specified below.

+ Airport Pickups

For commercial flights, On time Limo Service will monitor all commercial flights. Pickup time will be adjusted accordingly to the actual flight arrival. For domestic flights the grace waiting period is 30 minutes from the actual flight arrival. For international flights, the grace waiting period is 60 minutes from the actual flight arrival. On Time Limo Service do not monitor private flights, therefore wait time will be charged as incurred for any passenger arriving on a private plane that is delayed by more than 30 minutes.

+ Rates

Rates are determined by the type of service you request. Use our online reservation system to determine the rate for your trip. A 20% gratuity will also be charged. Taxes, operational cost tools and extra services will be charged where applicable.

+ Lost Items

On time Limo Service assumes no responsibility for lost or damaged baggage, personal belongings, and/or any items left in or outside during loading, the transfer or unloading. On Time Limo Service has a very strict “lost and found” policy. In the case of a lost item On time Limo will take reasonable steps to recover and return the lost item at the receiver’s expense. All found items not claimed within a 60 day period after recovery will be discarded.

+ Force Majeure Cancelation

Special events that are above the control of the company like very bad weather, greater flight delays that are far above normal situations, or any other situation like natural disasters (tornado, earthquakes, etc.) that might lead to a very long waiting time or make travel impossible might cause an automatic cancellation of the reservation.

+ Pets and service animals

On time limo Service welcome pets and service animals. Any pets that are transported must be inside of a carrier at all times. Any damage, destruction or dirtying of the vehicle will be charged accordingly. Service animals are not required to be inside of carriers and are welcome aboard.

On Time Limo Discount cards and Special Offers are redeemable for discounts on VIP Premium Packages only. Discounts are for a limited time only and cannot be used for Proms or Club Crawls or in combination with any other discount offers.
